There are plenty of fantastic dining spots in Disney Springs; we talk about them all the time. But when it comes to the annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration, there’s one place that outshines them all.

We were invited to head over to Raglan Road and the new Paddy’s Bar to celebrate the upcoming holiday, and you KNOW we couldn’t miss that opportunity. Come with us to check out the amazing dishes!
Everyone was decked out head to toe in green, and our first item was, too! The Emerald Goddess is made of Irish gin, fresh lemon, pineapple juice, and apple sour topped with champagne. This was super light and refreshing, and we definitely tasted the apple sour the most! However, the champagne balanced out that sour flavor super well, which made it fantastic for the tastebuds.

Our first meal was actually a combination plate of three small items!
- When Ireland Dates America is bacon and cabbage, mac & cheese bites, maple, glazed, bacon, carrot and cabbage slaw pickled red cabbage purée. While we adored the mac and cheese, we do feel it could have been a little crispier overall. However, we loved the way the carrot and cabbage slaw added a nice tangy/fresh bite, and the bacon was fantastically thick-cut.
- Pull The Boxty: These potatoes were so savory and fluffy, but the outside was crispy and crunchy! The pulled ham and caramelized onions both added a really solid sweetness to the dish, so it was a perfect sweet/savory mix for us.
- An Irish Egg: The bacon jam was the star of the show here — while the onion and sausage crust was good, it needed a tad more salt. Paired with the hard-boiled egg, it just didn’t wow us, but the bacon jam 100% saved this dish with the sweetness factor.

Next up we had the You Say Pork Taco, and this was a great sweet and spicy dish! The pork was nice and tender, and the sauce it was in was definitely on the sweeter side. While the pickled slaw definitely got lost in the bite, the jalapeño salsa brought a really nice kick of heat, and the corn and diced apples brought a fresh element to it. It was served with guacamole, which we felt was a little heavy on the cilantro, but overall, we did enjoy this dish!

Our final entree was the Hipster’s Lament, where the potato cake was definitely the star! It was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and had a nice herb flavor. While the avocado wasn’t anything super special, we loved the chive butter on the toast that served as the base — it was a super thick-cut toast that was crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside. As a major bonus, the poached egg was cooked perfectly, too.

For dessert, we got the It’s Okay to Drool, and we’d love fourteen of these RIGHT NOW! This was a French toast-style bread pudding, meaning it was very crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. The strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries added a nice pop of freshness and tartness, and the vanilla mascarpone was so creamy and smooth! Our only complaint was the bacon could have been a little crispier, but other than that, it was perfect in our eyes.

We also got to try the Bailey O’Minty, which was like a boozy shamrock shake but with a chocolate drizzle. It was on the stronger side, so keep that in mind, but it wasn’t overly sweet!

Don’t forget! Raglan Road goes ALL OUT for St. Patrick’s Day. Look out for the 2025 Mighty St. Patrick’s Festival from March 14–17, where you’ll find live music, dancers, amazing food, and a great time.

Overall, we highly recommend this spot, as we almost always do, and there you go — now you have your St. Patrick’s Day plans figured out! As always, stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney World news.
