You CAN Find Starbucks at Universal Orlando’s NEW Hotel… If You Know Where to Look

Universal Orlando’s Stella Nova Resort is FINALLY open, but it initially appeared that a popular Universal hotel offering might not be present at the hotel, despite precedent.

Despite the other three Universal Orlando hotels boasting a Starbucks coffee shop on property, it appeared as though Stella Nova is without one. A vital inclusion to the modern hotel life, Starbucks is a major go-to for hotel guests not just at Universal hotels, but big-time hotels in general. Alas, Stella Nova is bucking the trend and going Starbucks-less…but not completely.

Per our reporters, you won’t find a full Starbucks on-site, so if you need your Starbies fix, don’t bother searching every nook and cranny of Stella Nova. With that said, you’re not totally out of luck if you want some Starbucks drinks. In fact, if you head over to Cosmos Cafe and Market, you might find what you were looking for.

While there isn’t a full Starbucks,  the Market has a coffee counter that serves Starbucks coffee. The location “proudly serves” Starbucks coffee, albeit in a limited fashion.

We also spotted frappuccino supplies as well as other Starbucks essentials. These included frappuccino supplies, and full Mastrena machines (a.k.a. Starbucks’ proprietary espresso machine). In other words, while they likely won’t have every regular menu offering or seasonal drink, Cosmos should be able to provide something pretty close to a full Starbucks experience despite not being a standalone location.

Cosmos also offers grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, as well as some pressed sandwiches and ice cream.

Despite the lack of a full Starbucks, Stella Nova still offers a ton of amenities as Universal’s newest resort. According to Universal, the hotel is “Inspired by the infinite vastness of the unknown universe, where galaxies spiral ever outward, and unknown worlds revolve around unnamed stars”, boasts 750 guest rooms, exclusive theme park benefits, complimentary transportation, a resort-style pool, game room, and restaurant and lounge options sure to fit the palette of everyone — including a pool bar and grill and pizza delivery.
