Happy New Year! It is officially 2025, and with a new year and a new month, that also means that there are new specials at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

Gideon’s Bakehouse has dubbed 2025 the Year of the Gargoyle, and they will be telling the story of Águbadijádzs throughout the year with new festivities each month.
Gideon’s Bakehouse has announced its specials for January. You can find the bakery at Disney Springs, or you can also stop by their original location at East End Market in Orlando. Gideon’s specializes in massive cookies and huge slices of cake. At the Disney Springs location, you can also grab cold brews.

To kick off the Year of the Gargoyle, Gideon’s has announced their specials for the month, including the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie, the favorite cookie of 2024. It is almost 1/2 pound and combines peanut butter dough layered with triple chocolate dough. It is then topped with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and house-made candied peanuts. There is a limit of 2 cookies per person!

You can also grab the Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake. The cake has two layers of peanut butter cake with a layer of chocolate cake in the middle. It has Gideon’s peanut butter and chocolate buttercreams swirled together. Finally, it is topped with peanut butter ganache, peanut butter mini chips, and chocolate mini chips.

You can also grab a Banana Cold Brew at the Disney Springs location. Chocolate and banana are a great pair, so you can grab a cookie and a drink for a wonderful pairing.

Finally, Gideon’s is also releasing some exclusive merchandise to celebrate the Year of the Gargoyle. You can pick up a Gargoyle T-Shirt beginning this Friday, January 3rd (or you can also order online).

There will also be a Coffee Cake Cookie Candle with an exclusive Gargoyle label available for purchase.

As well as a prismatic “confetti” sticker to celebrate the Year of the Gargoyle.

We also got a look at their menu design for the start of the Year of the Gargoyle. Gideon’s Bakehouse also teased a mid-month Disney Springs anniversary with a second menu design later this month.
