There are lots of perks that come with staying at a Disney World hotel. You can take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry, free parking at the theme parks, complimentary Disney transportation, and more.

But, even beyond those perks, there are so many amenities you can take advantage of at your hotel. However, there is an amenity we have a feeling you might not even know about!
Did you know that many Disney World hotels have a running trail? You can find over 10 different running trails around the Disney World hotels. These are perfect for a morning stroll, an evening walk, or to enjoy whenever you feel like running or walking. You can find a full list of jogging & running trails on the Walt Disney World website, but here are just a few of the hotels that have trails: Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Old Key West Resort, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, and many more.

These trails range in distance up to about 4 miles long, but you can always make them as long or as short as you want. You will be able to find signs at the hotel that show the trail, or you can stop by the front desk to pick up a map of the trail.

Of course, just because they are called running trails does not mean you have to actually run on them. You can walk, jog, skip, stroll, meander, or however you want to explore the path. Make sure you bring some water to stay hydrated and wear the proper clothing depending on how long you want to spend on the trail. You will get to see different areas of Disney World property and get some fresh air at the same time.

These trails can be a bit hidden unless you know what you are looking for, but the good news is that Emma is doing EVERYTHING at Disney World, so of course she had to stop by to check out some of the running trails at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Port Orleans Resorts.

You can follow along as Emma attempts to do everything in Disney World in 100 days on our YouTube channel. If she is able to complete everything, she will be able to take a trip to Disneyland Paris with Quincy and Fry Bucket. So, make sure you check out the videos to cheer her on!

Watch Sage and Emma check out the running trails at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Port Orleans Resorts (and try out some bad accents) in this Everything in Disney World video:
