If you’ve learned anything about us by now, it’s that we LOVE when Disney releases new menu items!
While we’re still waiting on restaurants like 1900 Park Fare to open with a completely revised menu and character offerings, it’s also a great day in our books when there’s an opportunity to try new menu items at already-open restaurants! We didn’t know if we would see MORE new food in Disney’s Hollywood Studios so soon since the opening of Ice Cold Hydraulics JUST happened a few weeks ago, but we’re happy to report that change is on its way for a popular table service restaurant!
Someone’s been busy cooking in the kitchen crafting new menu items that will make their debut soon! Starting on April 1st, 2024, Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano will be serving up a few new tasty dishes.
Disney took to social media to tease the new menu items which will include dishes like Rigatoni Bolognese made of ground beef, Italian sausage, and parmesan…
…Braised Pork Osso Buco made of creamy polenta, roasted cipollini onions, sweet peppers, and lemon gremolata…
…Fried Mozzarella Sticks will be offered with marinara sauce and lemon aïoli…
…Goat Cheese Mousse Tart which will come topped with honeycomb, an edible flower, and served with blackberries and a cassis compote…
…Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp made of pasta, cheese sauce, and fresh parsley…
…and Mushroom, Artichoke, Cheese Dip made of goat cheese, tomatoes, and toasted crostini.
Not much is known further about the new dishes but from their descriptions and these photos, they look like food that we could certainly appreciate being added to the lineup at Mama Melrose’s!
