NEWS: A Popular After Hours Event Is Returning to Disney World

It is official! A popular after hours event is returning in 2024!

Water parks are a great spot during the heat of Florida summers, but there is going to be another way to enjoy Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon beginning in May!

Disney’s H2O Glow After Hours event will be returning to Typhoon Lagoon beginning May 25th, 2024! 

H2O Glow will take place at Typhoon Lagoon on select nights from May 25th through August 31st, 2024. The H2O Glow event is a 3-hour nighttime event that allows you to enjoy Typhoon Lagoon illuminated at night and with lower wait times.  All of Typhoon Lagoon’s attractions will be available during this event.

H2O Glow takes place from 8PM-11PM each evening, but you can head into the park early beginning at 6PM for even more fun! Additionally, there are complimentary treats available (ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select fountain beverages), Disney character meet and greets, and a DJ dance party.

You can see all the event dates below, as well as the prices. Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members also get a discount on tickets.

Tickets will be on sale beginning March 19, 2024, for guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels and Shades of Green by calling: (407) 934-7639. All guests will be able to purchase tickets online beginning March 22, 2024.

After hours events are a great way to experience Disney in a new way! These events have a limited capacity, so you will be able to enjoy Typhoon Lagoon with limited waits and fewer people. We are excited for the return of H2O Glow beginning May 25th, 2024!
