SIX New (and Delicious) Reasons to Go to Disney Springs This Month!

The February flavors have arrived at Sprinkles, and we are salivating over them! Sprinkles just dropped the six flavors that will be featured this month, and we want to tell you all about them!

BRB, just running to Disney Springs to pick up every single flavor!

While there is something special about a Sprinkles cupcake while overlooking Disney Springs, you can grab these limited-edition flavors at any Sprinkles location across the country!

Now for the moment we have all been waiting for, the flavors! There will be six limited-edition flavors available throughout February:

  • Gold Dragon Bruce Lee
  • Heartthrob Red Velvet
  • Raspberry French Toast
  • Cookie
  • Lemon Bar
  • Raspberry Chocolate Chip

Pay close attention to the baking dates as not all the flavors are available all month long! We don’t want you missing out on your favorite flavor!

Cookie Cupcake — Baking February 19th- March 10th

The Cookie Cupcake features a yellow cake filled with chocolate chips and a bottom crust made of cookies. The cupcake is finished off with a luscious brown sugar frosting and sprinkled with even more cookie crumble!

Gold Dragon Bruce Lee — Baking until February 11th

A twist on the classic red velvet! The Gold Dragon Bruce Lee cupcake celebrates the Lunar New Year and features a red velvet base with the addition of crunchy almonds. All on top of an almond cookie crust. Finally, it is adorned with a nutty, almond cream cheese frosting!

Heartthrob Red Velvet — Baking until February 14th

February is the month of love, and this cupcake is here to help celebrate! The Heartthrob Red Velvet Cupcake is your classic red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting, just with the adorable addition of specialty sprinkles to spread some love this month.

Lemon Bar — Baking February 26th- March 3rd

One of our favorites is back, the Lemon Bar Cupcake! This cupcake is a vanilla cake lined with pie crust and topped with vanilla buttercream. It doesn’t stop there, though, as the core of the cupcake is filled with lemon curd and even more lemon curd is added on top! A wonderful combination of tart lemon with sweet vanilla cake and buttercream.

Raspberry Chocolate Chip–Baking until February 14th

We think this cupcake is perfect to treat yourself this month or to get for a special someone! The cake is Belgian dark chocolate with chocolate chips throughout. It is then topped with a smooth and creamy raspberry frosting. The combination of raspberry and chocolate is the perfect decadent choice!

Raspberry French Toast — Baking February 15th-18th

Last but not least, we have the Raspberry French Toast Cupcake. This cupcake is a delicious combination of yellow cake, raspberry curd, cinnamon cream cheese frosting, and cinnamon sugar. Talk about a tasty combo! The cupcake is even finished with an adorable red daisy! How cute!
