Tons of Disney fans tuned into the 2024 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1st, 2024. But that seems kind of random, doesn’t it?
It all makes sense when you know that everyone was hoping to catch a glimpse of returning Disney World history!
During the 2024 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade, Disney fans caught sight of a restored Disney Omnibus making its way down the parade route!
The Omnibus was created by Disney Legend Bob Gurr in 1956, and you can still find it in Magic Kingdom on Main Street, U.S.A. But the Omnibus featured in the parade today was actually the retired bus that used to go around EPCOT’s World Showcase!
Pasadena Star-News reported on the parade today, posting these videos.

Riding the Omnibus was President of The Tournament of Roses, Alex Aghajanian, along with his family.
It’s pretty cool to see this piece of Disney World history back in action.
