Why January 11th Is an Important Day for Disney World Annual Passholders

Being a Disney World Annual Passholder has its perks.

Annual Passholder Magnet

From merchandise and dining discounts to new ride previews and free souvenirs, there are a lot of reasons to get an Annual Pass. In January 2024, something new is coming for Passholders, so mark your calendars!

On January 9th, Park Pass reservations are going away for those with date-based tickets. Annual Passholders, however, will still have to book reservations to visit the parks… but there is one exception!

Annual Passes

Starting on January 11th, Annual Passholders will start to see good-to-go days listed on the calendar. On these dates, Passholders will be able to enter the parks without a reservation (though blockout dates will continue to apply).

Good to go days will replace the current bonus reservations Passholders can make without counting against their reservation limit. While they are similar, Passholders would still need to make a reservation on bonus days to enter the park. With good to go days, however, they can simply enter the park without one.

If you are a Passholder and already have a reservation for a date that becomes a good to go day, that Park Pass will be removed, and it will no longer count against your reservation limit.
