An opening date has been revealed for the new restaurant coming to Disney Springs!
Recently Disney Springs has seen several new food spots open up, like the Local Green Orlando food truck and Salt & Straw ice cream. And soon, Summer House on the Lake will be joining the lineup of Disney Springs restaurants!
In June 2022, Summer House Santa Monica announced on their Instagram page that they would be opening a restaurant called “Summer House on the Lake” in Disney Springs in 2023. The menus of the restaurant’s two current locations in Chicago and North Bethesda, Maryland include options like pizzas, healthier items like asparagus, pasta, a brunch menu with waffles, and more.
And if those types of eats speak to you, it’s time to get excited. Based on reservation availability on OpenTable, it looks like was just announced that Summer House on the Lake will be opening in Disney Springs on December 14th! OpenTable currently prompts guests to book at 6:30PM, but as you modify and search, you can make reservations are early as 11AM.
If you’re heading to Disney Springs before Summer House on the Lake makes its official debut, don’t worry, there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from. In fact, we’ve even covered who each Disney Springs restaurant is a great fit for!
And if novelty is your thing, you can also head to one of the other restaurants that recently opened in Disney World, like Space 220 or Connections Eatery in EPCOT!
