DATES and TIMES Announced to Meet Santa in Disney Springs!

It’s officially the holiday season at Disney World, and you know what that means: it’s time to PARTY!

Who’s ready to celebrate?

So far this season, Disney announced that guests can wander through the Christmas Tree Stroll, check out some gingerbread displays, and (of course) visit Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! But if you want a little extra Christmas magic, we suggest heading over to Disney Springs to meet none other than Santa Claus.

This year, if you want to meet Santa in Disney Springs, you can visit Once Upon a Toy from November 10th to December 24th, 2023! Note that there will be no standby queue. Instead, guests will join a virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app.

Disney announced that there will be multiple opportunities to join the virtual queue throughout the day, including at 9AM, 11:30AM, 2PM, 4:30PM, and 7PM. To join, go to the Virtual Queue section of the My Disney Experience app and tap “Disney Springs.”

You must be inside Disney Springs to join the virtual queue. Last year, you could also scan a QR code on a sign near the meet-and-greet, so look out for the QR code if you’re in the area!

When it’s your turn, you will receive a notification to visit Once Upon a Toy and get in line. Then you can meet Santa! Make sure to bring your Christmas list.
