One Disney World Hotel Is Getting a NEW Gingerbread Display This Year!

Christmas and holidays mean beautiful decorations and delicious smells.

At Disney World, you can experience the holidays with all five senses. There are many wholesome goodies to taste and smell, beautiful decorations to behold, foamy soap is bound to land on your head, and of course festive music to dance down Main Street, U.S.A. to. And every year, you can visit many resorts to take in the holidays with giant gingerbread sculptures which will certainly get your mouths watering!

All of the Disney World hotels get their own special decorations for the holidays. Lights, tinsel, and trees make their appearance in and around the hotels, making them festive places to stay.

But a few of the hotels get some extra special decorations and one more was added to the list this year! Every year, Disney’s culinary team works to create amazing gingerbread sculptures. These aren’t your typical gingerbread houses, these are larger-than-life designs that take months of preparation and days of construction.

With the preparations beginning 7 months before the holidays in May, the culinary team has already been hard at work to bring these beautiful, mouth-watering, and fragrant gingerbread designs.

These fun, festive creations are worth the trip to each of these hotels. You can even purchase a gingerbread shingle at the Grand Floridian and other gingerbread goodies at each hotel. And be sure to look for new surprises, like hidden Mickey’s, while you’re enjoying the sweet gingerbread!
