NEW LOOK at 4 Things Coming to Jollywood Nights in Disney World!

Are you ready for the holidays?

Halloween isn’t over yet, but Disney is gearing up for the holiday season in full force. Details about Jollywood Nights, a NEW special ticketed event coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios this November and December, have already started rolling out. Recently, we learned that tons of new eats would be debuting at the party, got a peak at the new costumes coming to the Muppets stage show, and more. Today, even more details have been announced. Disney Holidays in Hollywood

At the Theater of the Stars, you’ll be able to catch a star-studded variety show in the “grand tradition of Tinseltown holiday specials — all with a twist of today’s Hollywood magic.”

Singers, dancers, and live jazz musicians will take the stage for a dazzling performance.

This new show will have special guest stars including Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Tiana, Belle, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse, as well as a brand-new original song by Tiana!

Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along

You’ll also be able to watch the new Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along at The Hyperion Theater! In this “dreamlike adventure,” Jack Skellington will take you on an “ethereal exploration of “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas,” while you sing along to the iconic songs from the film.

During the show, you’ll conquer Oogie Boogie and “be encouraged to follow our curiosity.”

New Holiday Outfits

Mickey, Minnie, and friends will all get new holiday outfits for the party — and they invite you to dress up as well! Their new outfits are inspired by the party’s vintage aesthetic, celebrating the “glitz and glamor of Hollywood.”

Art directors, show producers, and designers all collaborated to bring together the perfect combination of colors and fabrics for the looks, taking inspiration from vintage ornaments from the 30s, 40s, and 50s with colorful pastels.

Head over to Mickey and Friends Holiday Greetings in Animation Courtyard, where the gang has wrapped up on set of their new holiday film, and see some of the magic for yourself!

Throughout the night, a DJ will play merry mashups with a mix of classics and modern beats. At the entrance, the music will set the tone for the evening. Near Echo Lake, you’ll be able to catch some more modern tunes, inspired by characters from classic Disney Channel favorites, including Powerline Max, Rescue Rangers Chip ‘n’ Dale, and Phineas and Ferb.

Looking for a photo op? At Welcome to Jollywood Nights, a fun new neon sign will let you commemorate the evening with a picture-perfect photo. Disney PhotoPass photographers will even be there to snap the pic — and complimentary digital downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos captured during the event are included with your ticket!

More photo opportunities are located around the park, like a Robotic Arm Magic Shot that will capture your red carpet moment with a glamorous video. There is also a Camera Array Magic shot, where seven cameras will shoot a boomerang-style photo of your group in front of a Disney Jollywood Nights backdrop.

Don’t forget, you’ll also be able to ride some popular rides with lower wait times! There will also be a Virtual Queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. At Sunset Seasons Greetings, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror will also be lit up nightly with an array of holiday scenes as snow falls along Sunset Boulevard.
