Ever since the pandemic, things have been slowly coming back to Disney World.

We’ve seen restaurants and hotels reopen, characters and entertainment return, and even the Dining Plan is coming back in 2024. But one thing we’ve been waiting on for a while? Parking lot trams at Hollywood Studios and EPCOT…and now they’re back at one of those spots!
Parking lot trams have officially returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios! The pickup zone near the entrance of the park was fully open today and trams were stopping there to load guests.

This will certainly make getting to your car easier when you’re parked in one of those pesky Toy Story character lots! We could see them running to the back of the parking lot when we rode in on the Skyliner.

Guests are still able to walk from their cars to the front of the park, but the trams might cut out a little of the walking time if you’re parked particularly far back. They’re a complimentary service.

We’ll be on the lookout for trams back at EPCOT soon as well, so stay tuned. Disney had previously shared that the service would return to both parks in September 2023.

The tram fiasco is emblematic of the problems Disney has brought on themselves.
