We’re so excited about this new cruise ship and everything it’s going to offer guests. While we still don’t know much about this new ship, we do know it’s the sister ship to the Disney Wish. Recently, we received a special box in the mail that gives us some clues about Disney’s new ship!

The box itself has tons of fun stamps on it from different parts of the Disney universe. We noticed a stamp from regions beyond — likely called upon inside the Haunted Mansion.

We even noticed what looks like the famous Jungle Cruise! Interestingly, though, the Ems River is located in Germany, which happens to be the place where the Disney Treasure is being built!

We also spotted a Neverland stamp…

… and a stamp straight from Agrabrah.

Check it out! This stamp comes from New York, specifically Queens — notice the spider webs?

Lastly, we noticed a stamp from the Mexican town of Santa Cecelia (home of Miguel from Coco)! We can only imagine that this means we’ll see parts of the Disney Treasure ship dedicated to all kinds of different Disney stories. We can hardly wait for the grand reveal on August 30th!

How fun!

Upon opening the box, we found a letter written by Arthur Quinn, saying he found a treasure map in his grandmother’s study and wanted to share it with us.

Letter from Arthur Quinn

Part of the letter was also a message that has to be decoded — how fun! If you’re wondering, we solved all five riddles to reveal the special passcode: HEART.

Can you decode the message?

Inside the box was a beautiful wooden chest with the Disney Cruise Line and Disney Treasure logo.

Look at this chest!

At first, we couldn’t find a way to open the chest, until we realized the letter was alluding to a secret compartment at the bottom of the box, where we found a set of keys to open it up.

Inside the chest was a scroll, carefully rolled up.

A scroll

The scroll is the treasure map that Arthur Quinn talks about in his letter! The contents of the map are in the shape of a cruise ship — how sneaky!

The map!

If you look closer, you’ll see sections of the map dedicated to the stories connected to the stamps on the outside of the box. We see some nods to the places in Aladdin, Peter Pan, and even Coco!

Front of the map/ship

This could allude to the fact that the ship will have themed sections onboard to represent each of these stories. Do you have any theories of your own?

So cool!

The longer we stare at this map, the more we discover! See Captain America’s shield down towards the bottom? What could that mean? And those rock formations look a lot like Lumiere and Cogsworth, right?

The back of the map/ship

We love the detail that’s gone into this, and it’s made us even more excited for the grand reveal of the ship happening on August 30th — just a few short days away!
