One of the best things about Disney World hotels is that there’s always something yummy nearby.

Seriously, we love how easy it is to just stop by the quick service dining locations on the way to our hotel room. Plus, the food is usually themed to the hotel at which you’re staying. If dining options are a big part of where you choose to stay when booking your Disney World vacation, you’re going to want to listen up! New menu items are making their way to a Disney World hotel.
Artist’s Palette at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is known for having some pretty tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner options — as far as quick service meals are concerned. Starting August 9th, there will be some menu changes that include both new and updated menu items! Let’s check them out, shall we?

First up, let’s talk about a change on the breakfast menu. It IS the most important meal of the day and all that, so it seems fitting to highlight it first. You can now get an updated version of the French Toast Strata. It now comes covered with crème anglaise. Yum!

Now, on to lunch and dinner. The Margherita Pizza has been updated to include mozzarella, fresh pizza sauce, and basil pistou on house-made pizza dough. If you can’t resist a good pie, this could be a great option for you.

Now, let’s talk dinner entrees! After 4PM, you’ll be able to choose between three create-your-own entrees: Homestyle Meatloaf, Sautéed Garlic Shrimp, and Herb-roasted Chicken. You’ll be able to choose two of the following sides: Yukon gold mashed potatoes, garlic green beans, roasted rainbow carrots, steamed white rice, or edamame succotash.

Now, for the REAL most important meal of the day. Dessert! You’ll be able to grab the Derby Day Pie and Artist’s Palette Cookie to kick your sweet tooth. The pie consists of chocolate-nut filling topped with buttercream and horseshoe décor while the cookie is a sugar cookie with icing ‘paint’ and strawberry biscuit stick ‘paintbrush.’

And there you have it! Oh, and before we forget… Disney tells us not to worry, because we’ll still be able to grab signature items like the Saratoga Salad and the Ham & Cheese Panini. If you visit Artist’s Palette a lot, those will still be available!

Will you be trying out these new menu items? We’ll be sure to keep you updated with any and all Disney news — tasty things included. Make sure to follow along for more!
