Are you looking for something unique to try in Disney World?

Disney Springs might just be the place to find some new experiences. You can attend a performance of Cirque du Soleil. Shop until you drop, and dine in some of the best restaurants in Disney World. But you can also have a unique dining experience.
Not too long ago, we attended a special Mixology series at The Edison in Disney Springs. We dined on some light lunch fare and enjoyed learning about the art of mixology while getting to drink some delicious cocktails. Well, let’s get ready to do it again because a new experience is coming to Disney World!

The Edison is inviting folks out once more for a unique event, this time for its Mixology Sunset Dinner Series. This event will feature a three-course menu, along with craft cocktail pairings. You can even enjoy all that food while enjoying views of the sun setting over Disney Springs — talk about the perfect evening!

The Edison’s team of chefs and mixologists created a special menu based on the “tropical tastes of summer.” Here are the food and drinks you’ll get to enjoy:
- First Course: Nitro-cello (Nitrogen-infused Siete Leguas reposado, Caravella limoncello, Lillet Blanc, lemon, lime, and agave) paired with Crudo (yellowtail snapper, avocado, citrus, purple potato chip)
- Second Course: Sweet Tea Mint Julep (Benchmark small-batch bourbon, sweet tea demerara syrup, and mint) paired with Petite Pork Shank (bourbon BBQ, roasted apple, chili, crushed peanuts, scallion)
- Third Course: Milk Punch (Myers’s dark rum, Tuaca, Grand Marnier, Frangelico, Madagascar vanilla, pineapple, lemon, and milk) paired with Bananas Foster (caramelized banana, vanilla ice cream, Myers’s dark rum caramel)
A Specialty Beverage Upgrade will also be available to all guests: 1 oz. Buffalo Trade Bourbon for $15 per person.

The experience will take place on July 20th and 27th, with two seatings to choose from each night: dinner in The Edison’s gothic dining room at 5:30PM or a cigar-pairing dinner at 8PM on The Edison’s Lake Side Patio. The experience is $75 per person and is only for guests ages 21 and older.

Tickets are limited, so reservations are required — you can make those here.
We’ll keep an eye out for more unique and interesting events in Disney World, so be sure to check back with AllEars again soon.
