FULL Look at the New Menu for California Grill in Disney World

There are two important updates for some Disney World restaurants. California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort has an updated menu and Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort will be reopening.

California Grill

California Grill received a special prix fixe menu for the 50th Anniversary Celebration in October 2021. Since the celebration has ended, the menu has been updated with some changes. The menu is still prix fixe as it was during the celebration, however, there have been some new dishes added as well.

The prix fixe menu offers a choice of one “Market Inspiration”, one “Chef’s Journey”, and one “Sweet Creation”. These are one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert. Here is the pricing for the new meals. The pricing is still the same as for the 50th pre-fixe menu. It will be $89 per adult and $39 per child excluding tax and gratuity.

California Grill atmosphere

Advance Dining Reservations are recommended for the California Grill. They do have a wait-list option that you may try as well. The California Grill is a great place to watch the fireworks as they have two observation decks that look onto Magic Kingdom and they pipe in the music to the fireworks show.

  1. I guess I won’t be eating at California Grill again. I cannot eat enough to justify payimng for a 3 course meal. It all sounds good, but is way too much food for me.
