Hi, all good points! I am definitely in favor of the classic rides (rides that move you THROUGH a set) that tell a story – NOT a screen (I think that is just cheaper and quicker). These best rides keep you totally immersed and do not even need IP to do that! Therefore, I am on the Rise of Resistance, Haunted Mansion, Pirates, Peter Pan, Na’vi River Journey, Splash MOuntain side. Think of how amazing these OG rides are to still have such a fan base and work on decades older technology!
Epcot rides started on a totally different focus – education not storytelling. Epcot has gone away from that focus to more IP and I do not love it. Now it is a mix-match and starting to feel more disjointed like Hollywood Studios…Although I LOVE all things DISNEY!!
I have been with Disney since it opened! You guys are the best and I love going to Disney on my couch with you 🙂
