NEW Pictures From INSIDE Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Disney World

Disney World is constantly changing and expanding, and we are here for it — especially when the expansions include new restaurants!

We previously got a name and menu items for a new coffee shop that’s coming to Disney’s BoardWalk, but today we got an opening timeline and first look at a new restaurant coming to Disney Hollywood Studios!

That restaurant is Roundup Rodeo BBQ, a new restaurant coming to Toy Story Land. Disney has released some new photos and details about the design of the restaurant. The idea is that Andy has created this restaurant for Woody and all his pals. It’s a “rollicking place for honorary toys to enjoy barbecue-inspired comfort foods served family-style, with platters of house-smoked meats, a roundup of sides and some miniature sweet surprises along the way.”

The western-style setting will even have a steam train supported by colored pencils, a house of cards, and game boards with characters from the Toy Story movies. The arena, which is a cardboard box, even has drawings by Andy of audience members. “The dining room also features the rodeo’s star performers: Jessie, Trixie, and Bo Peep with her leapin’ sheep Billy, Goat, and Gruff!”

Imagineers worked closely with Disney Pixar Animation Studios to create figures and artwork unique to Roundup Rodeo BBQ — they even created full comic strips about Woody, which guests will find as part of the restaurant’s ceiling.
