Seminars Returning for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

Things are beginning to return to normal at Disney World.

We’ve seen that with many of the resort’s festivals, and that will be the case with another festival later this year, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic — for the first time since 2019, guests will be able to attend educational seminars.

These educational seminars offer up opportunities for guests to expand their knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and eve pasta-making with hands-on experiences. This year’s seminars include the following:

Pasta Making
Wine Blending
It’s Better to Wine in Italian (Italian Wines)
Base to Bubbles (Champagne)
Beer, Please
Craft Cocktails

Pastry and Desserts at the 2021 Food & Wine Classic

These seminars will take place on November 11th and November 12th before the festival. Tickets for beverage seminars are $75 per person, while tickets for Pasta-Making are $95 per person. Note that seminars do require additional tickets outside of tickets for the festival itself. Reservations can be made here.

The festival itself is also happening on November 11th and 12th and will feature unlimited tastings at outdoor food booths. Tickets for that are also now available for $165 per person.
