NEWS: Dates, Medals, and More Details on runDisney’s ‘Frozen’ Virtual Races

Did you know that you can participate in runDisney events from home?

Yep — if you can’t make it to Disney World for a race, you can sign up for virtual races instead! It was recently announced that a new virtual series is coming this summer. And, while we already got a hint about the theming of the race series, we now have confirmation as well as a look at the race medals!

This summer’s theme for runDisney’s virtual series is Frozen! The series is celebrating seven years of virtual runDisney races.

There will be 3 at-home 5Ks you can register for — The Original Classic…

…The Heroic Sequel…

…and The Broadway Hit.

If you complete all 3 races, you can get the additional runDisney Virtual Challenge medal that features Olaf!

Each individual race is $47.97 to register. Included with registration for the individual races is a commemorative finisher medal, downloadable race bib, and downloadable finisher certificate.

If you want to register for all 3 races and do the Virtual Challenge, the cost is $159.90. With registrations you will get 4 commemorative finisher medals, a runDisney Virtual Series keepsake, downloadable race bibs, and a downloadable finisher certificate.

The completion time for the races is from June 1st to August 31st, 2022. General Registration for the races opens on April 5th, 2022 at 10AM EST. Stay tuned to All Ears for more Disney news and updates.
