Ever Wanted to Live Next to Disney World? Now’s Your Chance!

This month, Disney has sold not one, but two of the former Disney College Program apartment complexes.

Now, a new apartment complex is coming to the Orlando area that is being marketed towards theme park employees!

According to the Orlando Business Journal, Ezelle is a new apartment complex is being built by Ram Realty Advisors and Pinnacle, a real-estate development company and will feature 312 apartments, ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms.

The apartment complex will be located on Sinclair Road in Osceola County, near ChampionsGate, Celebration, and the southwestern edge of Disney World property.

“This beautiful new development provides a unique, high-quality and modern housing option for theme park team members,” David Deutch, a cofounder of Pinaccle told the Orlando Business Journal.

The land the complex is being built on includes natural wetlands, so the apartment will feature walking trails and natural scenery. The hope is to have apartments available for rent by next year.
