Halloween may have just happened, but if you’re a big fan of the holiday then you’re probably already looking forward to when it rolls around again next year!
And, you’re not alone if that’s you — Disney is already thinking about Halloween again too! Each year, Disney+ is home to a variety of new spooky movies, series, and specials (like Muppets Haunted Mansion this year). And, we’ve got an update on a new Marvel special that will be coming to the streaming platform next year!
According to Variety, Gael Garcia Bernal has been cast in a new Marvel Studios Halloween special that will be available on Disney+ in 2022.
Disney has not revealed any details about the plot (or even the title), but Variety reports that Bernal may have been cast as a character that is based on the Werewolf by Night.
Once it premieres, it will join a long list of Marvel series and movies that have made their way onto Disney+ like WandaVision, Black Widow, and Hawkeye (which debuts later this month).
Production will likely begin in early 2022 and we’ll be keeping an eye out for all of the updates. And, in the meantime, be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for more of the latest Disney news!
