Disney World is preparing for their newest hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve which will open later this month!
While we’ve already given you a sneak peek inside the hotel before it officially welcomes guests, now we’ve got a few more details about the dining locations inside the tower!
Disney has revealed a first look at the four new restaurants that will debut as part of the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve!
The main restaurant at the hotel will be the Mediterranean-inspired Amare, which will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Meaning “to love,” guests will fall for the menu that showcases the Mediterranean region with seafood, citrus, olive oils, pasta, pitas, an extensive wine list, and specialized wine flights.
Some of the items you’ll be able to try include:
- Breakfast — Breakfast buffet, breakfast bowls and a la carte items including Eggs Au Cheval (two farm fresh eggs, seared medallions of angus beef tenderloin, sauce bearnaise and house breakfast potatoes)
- Lunch — Salads, flatbreads and entrees including grilled line-caught mahi-mahi with lemon, Tuscan kale and Spanish caper emulsion
- Dinner — Appetizers including hearth-fired Tiger Prawns and charred octopus, and entrees including sea bass al cartoccio, and handmade manti dumpling filled with bahrat spiced lamb, cauliflower, roasted eggplant, tomato, yogurt sauce
- Dessert — Pistachio caragli (rolled baklava), Greek yogurt cheesecake and Meyer lemon panna cotta
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Director of Food & Beverage Luciano Sperduto provided more details on the restaurant, saying “At Amare, our guests experience a journey to the Mediterranean region through their palates. It’s a region with such a rich history of food, with so many great flavors to feature. The concept gave our culinary team an opportunity to really flex their creative muscles. There are great options for everyone to love.”
While Amare is a Table Service restaurant, the Swan Reserve also has a grab-and-go area called Grounds. Guests will be able to grab craft coffee, sandwiches, pastries, and other snacks throughout the day while they’re on-the-go.
The poolside bar and grill Tangerine will be available nearby, as well, if you’re looking for a quick bite while you relax. The menu will consist of flatbreads, salads, burgers, and sandwiches, along with its signature tangerine flavored popsicle.
After a long day in the parks, you can also chill out in the tropical-themed lobby lounge at the Swan Reserve! Stir will also incorporate Mediterranean fare with a Chef’s selection of Spanish and Italian salamis and a Soppressata, red onion, torn mozzarella, and San Marzano flatbread. Specialty cocktails will be served at Stir, as well as the other restaurants, with citrus-inspired ingredients.
