You Can Only Get the NEW Gideon’s Bakehouse Cookie at Night in Disney World!

We’ve got good news for the sweet tooths visiting Disney World soon!

Gideon’s Bakehouse is a fan-favorite dessert spot in Disney Springs, serving up massive cookies that warrant long virtual queues every day. Some of the treats here are limited-time or only available at certain times of day and now we’ve got a new one!

Introducing the new Dark Coffee Cake Cookie from Gideon’s Bakehouse! This treat is a Gideon’s Coffee Cake Cookie with a chocolate cookie base instead of the usual vanilla base. It’s available every night exclusively at Disney Springs.

And yep, it’s only available after dark! Just like how you can only get the Coffee Cake Cookie in the morning, the Dark Coffee Cake Cookie becomes available from Sunset to Sell Out. Check the time for sunset on your phone each day and that’s when you can snag the new cookie.

The story behind the Dark Coffee Cake Cookie is the new character, Pipistrello. Pipistrello is a bat who can only come out at night but yearns for the Coffee Cake Cookie, so Gideon’s developed this new offering that Pipistrello can get.
