It seems like almost every day we find out about something returning or reopening in Disney World.
We just found out about a bunch of restaurants reopening like Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Resort and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort also both got official reopening dates. There’s a lot going on at Disney right now, and we just found out about another big return!
The Afropop band Wassalou will be returning to perform at Disney Springs in July!

The band formerly performed as Burudika in Harambe Village at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but we haven’t seen them since prior to the park’s closure in March 2020.
In Animal Kingdom, we saw the band play the drums and bring out dancers for the Street Party. They involved the audience and always brought fun and excitement to the park!
The group will be at Disney Springs the nights of July 1st, 17th, 20th, and 29th and we can’t wait to catch the performances! We don’t have official times or the exact location yet, but we’ll let you know when we do. Stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest Disney news and updates.
