Disney World has continued to make modifications to its health and safety procedures as the parks continue to welcome more guests.

Now that guests are no longer required to wear masks outdoors (but must wear them indoors, as well as during other certain situations), other safety measures have also began to melt away. Social distancing measures have been reduced and temperature checks have been removed, among other changes. While the parks have began to adapt its signage to reflect these modifications, the changes are being reflected online.
Disney World has officially updated its physical distancing notices on its website for restaurants and shops, so guests know what to expect before they head to the parks. Previously, the notice stated that guests will need to maintain six feet of distancing at “all dining locations, merchandise stores and in areas where guests can temporarily remove their masks.”

Now, though, the website simply states that “adjustments are still in place to promote physical distancing” as they are “reduced in a gradual, phased approach.”

We’ve seen these changes enforced in the parks recently as the notice for six feet of distancing has started to be removed in Disney World.

Florida has revealed that it will be lifting many of its health and safety mandates, including the mask mandate which is lifted as of today. And, we’ll be sure to keep you updated on everything you need to know before returning to the parks. In the meantime, stay tuned with All Ears for the latest Disney news coming soon!
