It May Be HARDER to Book This EPCOT Restaurant Soon

Since Disney World began its phased reopening of the theme parks last year, we’ve been keeping track of what dining locations are available for guests.

The Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT is a popular place to eat!

And, while some still remain closed, many have been able to reopen, with some opening for even more hours than before the parks closed. But, it looks like that will be changing soon for one popular Table Service restaurant in Disney World.

Over the past month, La Hacienda de San Angel, a sit-down dining option in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion, has been open every day of the week for dinner from 3PM to 10PM. But, according to Disney’s website, the restaurant will be modifying its hours beginning in May.

Starting on May 9th, the restaurant will no longer be open for dinner far into the evening, adjusting its hours down to 3PM to 9PM. Then, two weeks later on May 23rd, the hours will further reduce down to 3PM to 7PM.

In addition to these changes in hours, La Hacienda de San Angel will be closed weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays beginning May 17th. Currently, the hours for the restaurant are only listed on Disney’s website through June 14th, so they may change as more information becomes available.

  1. Why? Are park hours lessening? Do they not expect demand? We can never get in and we love this restaurant 🤦🏼
