We love seeing all the baby animals at Disney!
Usually, we’re focused on the new arrivals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! In the last few months, we’ve seen baby water buffalos, a rhino, and some giraffes. But over at Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, there’s another little one.
Patches is the Ranch’s newest Shetland pony! He joins Obie, another foal born just a few months prior, in stealing our hearts. Dr. Mark Penning, Disney’s Vice President of Animals, Science and Environment, shared a few sweet photos.
Patches and his mom, Fancy, will slowly start spending more time outside near guests at the Ranch. So if you’re visiting, you just may get a peek! Both are doing well and fitting in with all the other horses.
