Disney has been gradually taking down festive decorations as we move away from the holiday season this week.
We’ve had to say goodbye to certain Christmas trees and other holiday additions throughout the parks. The saddest of all, though, is seeing Figment change out of his handsome Christmas sweater!
From Peppermint Ears and Eggnog Crepes to festive ride decor and Santa Goofy, there’s a lot to love about the Christmas season in Disney World.
But for the 2020 holiday season, one character in particular stole our hearts with his dapper attire: Figment.
We already knew the cute purple dragon was an icon in the parks, but at Christmas, he proved that he’s also a fashion icon with his merry holiday sweater!
It was a cheery surprise on EPCOT’S Journey Into Imagination with Figment, and we savored our moments with the Christmas-clad cutie, but alas, the holidays have passed and it’s back to “regular” Figment.
Of course, that’s not to suggest Figment isn’t handsome in his everyday attire! Even in his sensible yellow sweater, he’s still looking sharp!
No matter the ensemble, he continues to warm our hearts!
We’re hoping Figment’s festive wardrobe will return for the holiday seasons to come. Check back with us for more updates from Disney World!
