Disney Parks all around the world are set to look even more magical over the next few years!

Although we’ve already seen a few updates with progress on Splash Mountain’s redesign to The Princess and the Frog, construction on Disney World’s Star Wars hotel, and a look inside the Space 220 restaurant, we’re not done sharing some big Disney news with you!

Shanghai Disneyland has started construction on the Zootopia expansion of the park, which will transport guests to the heart of the city in the Metropolis. Since Zootopia is a place “where anyone can be anything,” the experiences in the park will be incredibly unique.

During the recent IAAPA Expo, Josh D’Amaro revealed more artist renderings and a construction update on the upcoming Shanghai Disney feature. D’Amaro noted that the land will include “a new major attraction that will seamlessly blend Disney storytelling and state of the art technology to bring this fan-favorite movie and its characters to life.”

And, we can expect it to be a HUGE deal since the show building that’s currently in construction is massive. We just hope that there will be some Pawpsicles for sale!
