Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood in the Coronado Springs Resort is known for exactly what it says in the name, tapas, steak, and seafood. However, they have some excellent desserts too.
For this holiday season, they are sharing the recipe from a traditional Spanish dessert called Crema Catalina.
This is the Spanish equivalent of a creme brulee, but the cream is infused with citrus and cinnamon. Here is the recipe for this Toledo holiday dessert.
