The new prix fixe dinner menu boasts a variety of delectable French-inspired dishes and new offerings. This unique experience will make you feel like royalty with a three-course dinner that includes your choice of appetizer and entrée, followed by a personal dessert platter.

To start off your meal, the appetizer menu will include favorites like the French Onion Soup in addition to rich new offerings like Charred Octopus with citrus-laced fingerling potatoes, pickled hearts of palm and red pepper coulis; Escargot with herb garlic butter and toasted gremolata; and a selection of assorted meats and artisanal cheeses such as chicken liver pâté, chorizo sausage Manchego, and truffle tremor.

For the main course, feast on mouth-watering entrées such as Grilled Center-Cut Filet Mignon with potato au gratin, Romano beans, Cipollini marmalade and a cherry-laced red wine reduction or the Smoked Black-Eye Pea Tortellini with roasted seasonal vegetables, tomato relish and basil-scented tomato water. Other enticing dishes include Poulet Rouge Chicken, Saffron-Infused Seafood Bouillabaisse, Roasted Lamb Chops and Kurobuta Pork Tenderloins.

And that’s just the beginning! Chefs are hard at work putting the final touches on the fabulous desserts as well as the kid’s menu for this exquisite new dining experience. Stay tuned for updates on these menus.
Reservations open February 23.
No seafood in puffed pastry as one of the main course meals? I’m taking this restaurant off my list of favorite places. We’ve eaten there 3 times. Very disappointing!
We are going in August and were thrilled to obtain a reservation in this fabulous castle with restaurant Be our Guest. However we now have to cancel beside the filet, nothing else on the new fixed menu my teenagers and college kids including ourselves eat, fried octopus, no thank you. This menu should be in a higher priced restaurant at the Grand Floridian or Contemporary. To bad, the children love to go here to meet the beast, and see the inside. Beauty and the Beast is a Disney movie with Belle and the Beast now most families will probably have to explain to their children that high price to get in for dinner and not eat the dinner except maybe desert.
We have dined 3 times at Be Our Guest in the past. We can’t wait to try the new menu.
We were looking forward to going to Be Our Guest this summer, as our last trip we were unable to get in for dinner. After reading the new menu, we will not be going, as our three kids will not eat there, and I myself cannot eat off of this new menu. With the old menu, there were many options for all ages, not to mention the “Grey Stuff, It’s Delicious”
after reading the list of appetizers for Be Our Guest, I think I’ll take that restaurant off my list. Other then the Filet, the main courses don’t seem too appetizing either. They do realize this is the park that kids of all ages come to? I’m going to go out on limb and say that I bet alot of pre-teens are not going to want to eat octopus, hearts of palm, escargot.. This menu might be served better at the Boardwalk, Disney Springs, or someplace in Epcot. I think they could have done a better job of putting a French twist on a menu.
