Extraordinarily high prices with very small portions

The food was good, but surely not the best steaks we have ever had and really not at the outrageous prices they charge. I expect a markup for a bottle of wine at a restaurant, but when you upcharge almost 300% that is offensive.

There's been a lot of change at Disney (mostly for the better) in the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the total experience of dining at STK has not. I should have known better than than to give them another shot after my experience there 2 years ago.
Sticky floors, dirty bathroom, etc.
Ran out of every light tequila, and bottled beer. had no A5 Wagyu (which is probably a good thing in hindsight)
Crispy Calamari as an appetizer at the bar was terrible. Dry aged porterhouse was ordinary. Best thing we ate was the corn pudding.
If the porterhouse was anything less than ordinary this would have been a one-star review.
