I ordered our food ahead of time through their program for that. There was a long line to get in with a reservation but it moved pretty quickly. The building inside was beautiful and the food was really good.

This is absolutely my favorite lunch spot in all of WDW. Everything I've eaten here has been delicious, and so much better than the typical counter service restaurants. The atmosphere is magical...where else in Florida can you see snow falling outside the window?
Pros:
Plenty of seating, you select your own seats and your meals will be brought to you on a serving cart. The food is wonderful!Cons:
Can be very noisy at peak meal time. Tables are not always cleared off in a timely manner for guests looking for a place to sit. Hard to get an ADR because of its popularity.Reviewed by orangebird Review Date: 09/26/2018

I dont understand why they manage this restaurant the way they do. It could be done a lot better its just a glorified cafeteria. The food was fairly good, granted this was awhile back before even further recent changes. It is no fun trying to hunt for a table, the place is an absolute madhouse, and very loud. Horrible lack of management control as well. We have no desire to ever put up with this location again.

The best thing about lunch is not the food, it’s the surroundings. Very limited menu that can be cold and not appealing visually. I had the Croque Monsieur sandwich that was over cooked and not very hot.
Pros:
Beautiful place to have lunch. There are 3 rooms you can sit in, and you can wander around and check out all the rooms.Cons:
Food is just so so.Reviewed by Dgirl Review Date: 09/25/2018

Lunch at Be Our Guest is probably one of the best choices in the Magic Kingdom. While the prices are similar to other "quick service" restaurants, the food and ambiance is above other QS restaurants.
That is probably one of the reasons why it is very hard to get a lunch reservation here and why "walk ups" cannot usually get in for lunch.
The ordering process is a bit slow because each party has to type in their own orders and are not always familiar with the software and all of the choices that you have. It might be better if they had people at each kiosk to take your order.
You are also free to find you own table which can also lead to parties of two sitting at tables for 4 or 6, thus making it harder on larger parties to sit together.
While desserts are not included in dining plans, I would highly reccommend adding a dessert, they are well worth the price. The entrees were all excellent and the portions were quite adequate. It is Disney, so the prices will be high but comparable to other restaurants in the park.
The drinks are self service which allows for free refills, something that most of the other quick service restaurants do not have.
Instead of paying the extra $$ for the "table service" meal at this restaurant in the evening, take it in for lunch or breakfast. That way you get to experience this place while not spending too much. (besides, the dinner menu does not look like anything special....you are better to use your table service credits or money for a better choice like Ohana, Crystal Palace or California Grill. (you are basically paying extra for "ambiance" if you eat dinner at Be Our Guest.)
Pros:
Location can't be beat, boat service, poolCons:

After eating here on our honeymoon my husband talked about nothing but the turkey baguette for a year and half until we returned for our next visit. Both my husband and I ate the baguette sandwich and it was as great as we remembered. My mom ate the braise pork and was surprised by the large portion size. We sampled the master's cupcake, the strawberry cream cheese cupcake, and a chocolate cream puff for dessert. Obviously the master's cupcake was by far the best. The vanilla sponge on the strawberry cupcake was delicious as well. With 3 separate dining rooms to choose from and the quick service I have to agree with anyone who dines here, it is a MUST!
Pros:
Tableservice style at QS price, excellent food, beautiful architectureCons:

I've eaten here for both lunch and dinner and we both decided that dinner is the way to go. At lunch I hated having to use the kiosks and tell someone what to punch in. It seemed very unorganized and trying to find a seat was awful. The food was mediocre but at least there were different options from all of the burgers and fries that the Magic Kingdom offers. I would say it's worth trying once but I would rather have a sit down meal.
Pros:

Had pre-ordered lunch here in late June. Food was very good - Croque Monsieur and Quinoa Salad - though the presentation of the sandwiches left a lot to be desired. But the atmosphere of the room is wonderful. Only real complaint is the seating process is still a bit awkward, hunting for tables and waiting for tables to be cleared.

Our lunch here was great! We pre-ordered our meal online which saved a lot of time in line waiting to order. We actually went in and had our lunch, and when we were leaving, we saw the same people still in line waiting to place an order about a half hour later! The croque monsieur was very good, and the roast beef sandwich was also good. You have a choice of green beans or fries with the meal. DDP now does not include dessert with quick service, and you get 2 snacks instead per day, so we did not HAVE to get dessert. Kids meals came with soup- nice!
