My extended family ate here in late January, 2025 and it was a one-and-done for us.
We chose the restaurant for my two nieces, aged 5 and 7. It was their first trip to WDW and princess experiences were high on the to-do list. Great news - five or so princesses call this restaurant home. What a dream! Ariel, Snow, Tiana, Rapunzel and Belle all stopped over to say hello. Was it too many princesses? They have a lot of tables to get to and they can't get backed up, so the visits were all a quick hello, a signature, a picture, and a See ya! And you only get to meet them once. I don't know how costumed characters manage to make multiple visits that seem longer while princesses only have a minute or two for one visit, but that has been my experience across multiple locations on several visits. Also, princesses are people, too. We all agreed one was having a long day and she was not bringing the magic to life.
The food - pass. I am an adventurous eater and was really looking forward to trying Norwegian food! I do not for a second think that is what this is. I think it is Disney's version of Norwegian food. It was fine, but it did not appeal to the picky eaters of the group. It struck me as bunch of cold food with cream sauce smothered over everything. If the princesses were not here there is no way this restaurant would make it in the dinner's paradise that is EPCOT.
Also, we had an odd experience with the princess handler. Our server was admittedly a little absent and we needed a straw or something for one of the kids at the table. The princess handler came over to ask if we had met everyone. We said we had and then asked for said straw. His response was that we needed to ask our server. How hard is it to get a straw? I get it, that's not your job. But he could have at least sent a server over. Nope, just walked away. And it was several more minutes before our server returned.
The bill. Disney is expensive. We get that. We also ate at California Grill and Artist Point on this trip. This was the only time the bill came and someone at the table said, "How is the bill this high?!" We all agreed that while having princesses come to the table was nice, this was not worth the cost. We did not feel this way about Artist Point or California Grill.
Am I glad we made some magical memories with my nieces? Yes. Would I eat here again? No. In EPCOT specifically I would choose Garden Grill over this location any day and just meet the princesses around World Showcase. These girls have nothing on Chip and Dale! (Plus at Garden Grill you get views of Living with the Land. You can't beat that!)
Pros:
A gaggle of princesses, food is all-you-care-to-enjoy, locationCons:
So many princesses = so little time, price, food might be too exotic for someReviewed by kitkat14823 Review Date: 12/13/2023

Great place to take kids to meet 4 different princesses. Food was delicious and our waiter was great! My kids are extremely picky eaters and it was kind of hard for them to find something to eat.
Pros:
You get to meet 4 princesses without standing in long lines. Our waiter was great and very attentive Food quality was great for the adults in our party who were not picky eaterCons:

This was a nice experience for my daughter because she was able to see all her favorite princesses in one spot. However, the experience was very rushed. We didn’t really get to enjoy our breakfast. The princesses came by our table so fast. One right after the other, it was too rushed. The food was good but we really didn’t get to enjoy.

We visited here the last week of February, and it was one of the best meals of our trip. The service was amazing. Our server was amazing! The food was really good. I'm an adventurous eater, so I tried all of the pickled fish and loved it! The typical breakfast options were very tasty too and well prepared. The princesses were great! Ariel paid special attention to my 10 year old son and led him around with her in the parade. He loved it! The look on his face is a memory I'll cherish forever. We will definitely eat here again in the future!
Pros:
Food, service, and characters. The atmosphere here is very nice too! The tables are spaced farther apart than at a lot of the other character dining restaurants, which makes it feel like a higher quality experience.Cons:
Very small bathroom (otherwise, this would have been a 10).Reviewed by memymoe Review Date: 03/17/2020

Ok the food is good, but it’s no Ohana. BUT you get a TON of princesses and it is only one credit on the DDP. So it’s worth it

This was our 3rd time having breakfast here. We don't have kids, but my husband really likes the food, so we keep coming back. The cheesy potato casserole is about his favorite breakfast food in all of WDW. We had a very nice breakfast this trip too. Last year when we ate here, the waffles were brought to the table hot. This year they were on the buffet and were not hot, so that was a little disappointing. Everything else though, was great. We weren't really here for the characters, but we did snap a few pictures as they came by and it was a nice interaction.
We will most likely be back again next year.
