Matcha & Sweet – A Peaceful Finish We end with a handcrafted seasonal dessert and freshly prepared matcha, made in front of you. The quiet ritual of tea, the sound of water, and the scent of matcha create a serene conclusion to your experience.

Ichiju Sansai – A Modern Beginning We start with ichiju sansai—one soup, two dishes—the foundation of Japanese cuisine. Inspired by the cha-kaiseki ritual of “four bowls,” this course invites you to open each lidded bowl at once and experience the beginning of your meal with all five senses. Seasonal ingredients and careful preparation set the tone for what’s to come.
