Marvel Day at Sea – Full Roster Announced for Disney Cruise Line

The Disney Parks Blog has revealed the complete roster of characters who will be on board for the Marvel Day at Sea on upcoming Disney cruises. Black Widow and Hawkeye will join this epic event, assembling with nearly a dozen others from the Marvel Universe, including Black Panther and Loki who will make their very first appearance as part of a Disney vacation experience. The event also marks the first official appearance of Iron Man, Star-Lord, Gamora and Groot on a Disney Cruise Line ship. Rounding out the roster of Marvel Super Heroes that will be onboard are Spider-Man, Captain America, Thor and Doctor Strange.

August 25-27: BAMBI PhotoPass Opportunities -- From 10:20 a.m. to 4 p.m. August 25 to 27, you can meet Thumper and Miss Bunny outside of Conservation Station at Rafiki's Planet Watch. A Disney PhotoPass photographer will be there to capture your encounter with this lovable couple. While you're exploring the animal exhibits and activities there, watch for the roving PhotoPass photographer who can help you include a Bambi and friends Magic Shot or prop in your photos.

Topping Out at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

On August 21, 2017, construction teams installed the highest steel beam for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, the new Star Wars-themed land coming to Disneyland Resort in 2019. This capped off the infrastructure for a 130-foot-tall rock spire, the highest point in the 14-acre land. Once completed, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will include approximately 10,000 tons of structural steel and approximately 200,000 square feet of hand-carved rockwork.

Morimoto Asia and Moet present Bubbles and Brunch
