You’ve heard of celebration buttons in both Disney World and Universal Orlando, but there’s something NEW in Universal that you very well may want to snag if you’re celebrating something special.

As it turns out, Universal Orlando has started quietly adding something into their parks that can make celebrating your birthday even MORE special, and it’s completely free, just like the buttons. Here’s how you can get the new Universal Orlando celebration BRACELETS right now!
We’ve now spotted on not one, but TWO different Facebook groups about Universal Orlando that there are new birthday bracelets you can get at select attractions. It’s best to have a Universal Orlando celebration button on, so Team Members can see that you’re celebrating and know to grab you one, but you can also ask politely to see if they’re available.

The best part? There’s a different band for different attractions! Thanks to Facebook user Justin Tran, who posted in the group called Universal Studios & EPIC Universe Friends & Family – Tips and Tricks, we have a really clear look at what attractions are offering these bands at this time, but that could absolutely change in the near future. He noticed that most bands were being given out in Universal Studios at this time, not necessarily Islands of Adventure or Epic Universe, but again, that could change. At this time, they’ve been found at the following attractions:
- Transformers The Ride 3D
- Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon
- Revenge of the Mummy
- Men in Black Alien Attack!

It’s also questionable if they’re available at other rides, and we expect to see them pop up at more in the future. For the time being, though, we suggest wearing a celebration button and seeing if any Team Members will be able to pass some on to you. Talk about a cool souvenir that doesn’t cost you any extra, and not many people know about it! It’s always important to remember to be polite, so if they don’t have one, it’s alright — try another day, or another trip!
