You’re not going to want to miss this Disney Springs event happening at the beginning of 2026!

It has just been confirmed that a popular dinner event is returning to Maria and Enzo’s, and we’re so excited about it. Get your calendars out and mark this date down, you have a dinner reservation to attend!
If you’re looking for a travel agent to help with your vacation, we recommend our friends at Mouse Fan Travel. They’re experts in the field with over 20 years of vacation planning experience, and they can help take a bunch of the stress out of the entire booking process for you!
Maria and Enzo’s is a popular Italian restaurant located at Disney Springs in The Landing. We’ve eaten there a few times and have enjoyed the authentic bites and cool atmosphere. It’s a nice spot to go to if you want a quiet place to relax.

Maria and Enzo’s is now bringing back the Aplós Pairing Event for the second time, just in time for Dry January. The event will be coming to the restaurant on Friday, January 9th, at 7 PM.

The Functional Friday Dinner is a carefully crafted, alcohol-free evening of Italian dishes paired with functional, botanical beverages. It makes for a great date night! Executive Chef Ben Dodaro and Aplós Liquid Creative Director Lynnette Marrero will work together to combine their culinary expertise to take guests on a flavorful journey.

This event falls at a good time, as it will kick off Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. Whether you’re a racer looking for a good protein-filled, nutritious meal or you’re a non-racer looking for some tasty dishes, this place has it all. You can enjoy Italian-prepared grilled shrimp, house-made pasta, and more, alongside inventive zero-proof Aplós blends.

If you want to go, don’t hesitate or waste time thinking about it. Tickets are said to be limited and start at $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. You can purchase the tickets here. For more Disney news and updates, make sure to stay tuned to AllEars.
