ALERT! A Popular Restaurant Is Closing Temporarily in Disneyland!

It’s not uncommon to see random closures in the Disney parks.

From scheduled ride refurbishments to show updates to various construction projects that make restaurants or sections of hotels temporarily unavailable, we’ve encountered plenty of closures in the past. However, the good news is that usually, Disney warns you ahead of time!

If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland Resort or Disney World in the near future, we definitely suggest checking out the refurbishment calendar online before your visit. This way, you can learn about closures of rides, shows, restaurants, shops, and more.

And thanks to the Disneyland website, we now know that Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe will be closing temporarily starting on January 7th, 2025. The popular restaurant is located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., in the Sleeping Beauty Castle hub area.

Jolly Holiday is known for its delicious sandwiches as well as its incredible bakery case selection. Mobile Order windows fill up quickly for this spot, and if you’re hoping to pick up one of the iconic snacks during your trip, you might want to make sure that this closure doesn’t overlap with your travel dates. Currently there is no end to the closure listed on the website, but we’ll keep you in the loop as the calendar is updated.

Disney hasn’t released any information on why this restaurant will be closed, but it’s not uncommon for dining locations to get short refurbishments from time to time. With a high-traffic restaurant like Jolly Holiday, it’s no surprise that there might be a need for some touch-ups.
