Between all the new movie trailers, upcoming films, and new shows on Disney+, there’s a lot to watch!
But, although we’re looking forward to several new movies and shows this year, there are also some stories that have to end. ABC, which Disney owns, is reportedly canceling one of its sitcoms.
The Hollywood Reporter revealed that ABC is canceling Home Economics, a comedy that lasted for three seasons and featured three grown-up siblings with varying lifestyles and status.
ABC has also decided to move High Potential, a crime drama, to 2024. The show, which stars Kaitlin Olson, was originally set to premiere in 2023, per The Hollywood Reporter.
There are currently three comedy shows remaining on ABC: Abbott Elementary, Not Dead Yet, and The Conners. ABC has not made any announcements about any other shows at this time, so we’ll have to wait and see if any other series will be canceled.
