May is Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month!

To celebrate, Disney World is offering “A World of Voices” which will highlight talented AANHPI cast members through experiences, entertainment, food, and beverages! Let’s take a look at everything you can eat in May.
The “World of Voices” offerings will pop up in EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, and Walt Disney World Resort hotels, and there’s a ton of foods to choose from, aside from normal offerings like a refreshing Dole Whip from Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom. Keep reading to see all the food and beverages being offered during this event!
EPCOT
You can sample some delicious Chinese food at Nine Dragons Restaurant in World Showcase! They’re offering a special Dim Sum Platter with vegetable spring rolls, cheesy wontons, and house-made General Tso’s chicken shumai, among other items.

Along with the offerings throughout the China pavilion, there will also be Turning Red food and drinks like Pand-Ade or Turning Red cake.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Over at Caravan Road, you can grab a Kakigori, which is a Japanese shaved ice dessert flavored with syrup and condensed milk.

You can also snack on a Tuna Poke Bowl from Nomad Lounge.
Disney Springs
Morimoto Asia is offering special nightly offerings like the Morimoto Asia Loco Moco, a house blend burger with A-5 Wagyu and Filet Mignon, served over a sizzling rice bowl, topped with a sunny side up cage-free egg and teriyaki mushroom gravy.

You can also visit Amorette’s Patisserie for the Phillipines Maganda Ube, a traditional Filipino dessert featuring ube chiffon layered cake with caramel banana mousse and banana liquor glacage.

There are also savory options in Disney Springs, like the Korean Bulgogi Steak Hot Dog from B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., made with spicy Korean beef and pork hot dog, bulgogi steak, and picked vegetables. You can also visit YeSake for Karaage (a popular Japanese fried chicken) and a refreshing Violet Sake.

Looking for something sweet? Stop by Vivoli il Gelato for the Ube Tiramisu Pop, a sweet cream of ube with graham cracker crumbs soaked with coconut.

You can also try a Sri-Lankan Cinnamon Square or a Matcha-Yuzu Square from The Ganachery.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
And at select Disney World hotels, you can try authentic Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry, made with chicken, broccoli, red pepper, onion, and topped with jasmine rice.

At Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, there you can find Moana-themed desserts like a Vanilla Smoothie at ‘Ohana, which has flavors of watermelon, mango guava, and ginger, or grab a Vanilla Cupcake topped with coconut mousse filling, buttercream, and coconut flakes at Capt. Cook’s.
