We are officially Halfway to Halloween, and Disney is celebrating with some seriously spooky announcements.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be returning to Disney World, and Oogie Boogie Bash is coming back to Disneyland. Not only that, but Disney has just announced some “spellbinding new experiences” for Halloween on the Disney Cruise Line too!
Disney Cruises can be some of the most fun you’ll ever have on a Disney vacation, and throughout September and October guests will be able to embark on Halloween-themed cruises once again! Disney promises “special entertainment and activities, including trick-or-treating, spooky parties, elaborate decor and limited-time food and beverage items.”

Not only that, but there’s a brand new character meet and greet aboard the ship as well — including Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle dressed as the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus.

Aboard the Disney Wish (the newest cruise ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet), guests will encounter a new Pumpkin Tree in the Grand Hall, featuring a special pumpkin that sprung to life and became a certain princess’ ride to a fancy party (Cinderella’s Royal Carriage!).

Guests will also be able to enjoy Mickey’s Mousequerade Party, adult-exclusive “villainous takeovers”, and a “ghostly take on ship announcements”. Halloween on the High Seas cruises are offered on select sailings throughout September and October on the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and the Disney Wish. So, if this sounds like your perfect Halloween, head on over to the Disney Cruise Line website for a full list of dates.
