Disney’s new After Hours event BOO Bash is set to replace Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party this year.

Tickets for the event went on sale for select Disney World Resort hotel guests today, but many Disney fans hoping to secure a ticket for the event have been stuck in a phone loop since early this morning. And, we’ve got an update on the situation!
The Disney Ticketing phone line has been filled for most of the day, so we gave the Help Desk phone number a call (407-939-5277). After about a 2.5-hour wait, we finally got through to a Cast Member and were told that only the Ticketing Line (407-939-4240) is able to sell BOO Bash tickets currently.

And, when the Cast Member went to transfer us to the Ticketing line, they informed us that the influx of calls caused the circuits to go down so they are unable to sell tickets at this time.

Now, guests calling the Ticketing phone number receive a message that the call cannot be completed and that they will need to try again later. And, the Cast Member we spoke with on the help line recommended that we call back tonight or tomorrow to get through and be able to purchase tickets for BOO Bash.

So, it looks like guests hoping to celebrate Halloween at the Magic Kingdom event will need to wait a bit longer to secure tickets and will only be able to do so through the Ticketing phone number. But, that won’t stop us from trying!

As a reminder, BOO Bash will occur on select nights in Magic Kingdom from August 10th through October 31st and will include specialty entertainment, snacks, and (of course) trick or treating. Though tickets are a bit pricier than the Halloween party it will replace, costing between $129 to $199 per person (including children) depending on when you want to visit.
We will continue to keep an eye out for updates on the BOO Bash ticketing process, so stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
