LEVEL99 is massive, featuring 63 screen-free games and challenges for families and friends, plus a two-story bar and a merchandise store. But there are some important rules you have to know before you start playing at LEVEL99!

Rule #1. Walk-ins are allowed! If you don’t purchase a ticket online in advance, you can still join in on the fun, assuming LEVEL99 isn’t at capacity.

Rule #2. To participate in the games, LEVEL99 requires that you sign a waiver. You can create your account and fill out the waiver online at account.level99.com before you get to Disney Springs. You can also sign the waiver upon arrival, but it will slow down your check-in process. All players under 18 will need an account as well, and need to have a waiver filled out by a parent or guardian.

Rule #3. Your check-in opens 15 minutes before your reservation. LEVEL99 suggests arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation to allow enough time to check in.

Rule #4. Games have a limit of 2-6 players. In larger parties, you can mix and match your group at any time to get the chance to play with everyone!

Rule #5. Games can be played in any order, and you can also play games as frequently as you like. So yes, we might be playing Crystal Visions for 2 hours straight, don’t judge us!

Rule #6. Throughout your pass, you can pause your time for up to 30 minutes, and you can spread it out however you’d like. You can take 5-minute breaks at a time, split them half and half, or take them all at once.

Rule #7. If you only want to eat at the bar, you can get into the restaurant for free. You’ll need a wristband to play games, but that’s it! We’re coming back soon just for the food. Everything is handcrafted down to the syrup in the drinks, and you can taste it!
