Welcome to this very special update of Menu Mania: Valentine’s Edition. We’re just fourteen days away from the most romantic evening of the year, and Disney Springs is going to be WILD!
We’ve just received the special Valentine’s Day Menus for The Edison, Morimoto Asia, Maria and Enzo’s, and Enzo’s Hideaway!
The Edison
The Edison is a slice of 1920s glitz and glamour with delicious food and amazing atmosphere. For their special Valentine’s Day Menu, you can secure some delicious specialties. The big one? Chocolate Covered Bacon, served on their signature clothesline.
You can also get the Be Mine Cocktail with strawberry beefeater gin, lime juice, watermelon juice, strawberry lemongrass cordial, topped with brut, and a Chocolate Ganache Tart with Raspberry Meringue. Of course, there are also classic main courses like the Edison Burger, or the special Porterhouse House Steak for Two.
Morimoto Asia
Over at Morimoto Asia, the big theme is sharing!
We’ve got classics such as the towering Sushi and Sashimi Padoga, but everyone goes to Morimoto for that Peking Duck. You and that special someone can split a Peking Duck For Two, with all of the fixin’s, including steamed flour pancakes and apricot sweet chili. Mix it with some orders of Dim Sum for the perfect romantic evening.
Enzo’s Hideaway
Enzo’s Hideaway is an offshoot of the much larger Maria and Enzo’s, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have delicious options for Valentine’s Day.
The special here? Stuffed Maine Lobster for Two, with jumbo lump blue crab, toasted garlic, saffron aïoli, wilted baby spinach, lumache pasta, lobster cream sauce. You can finish it up with a Torta Setteveli: seven layered dark chocolate sponge cake layered with hazelnut mousse, milk chocolate, vanilla cream, and feuilletine chocolate crunch.
Maria and Enzo’s
For a more substantial Italian meal, you can check out Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante!
The restaurant will be offering Salumi E Formaggi for two, signature pastas like Rigatoni Alle Verdure, and Penne Rosa Sangiovese.
All of these locations require a reservation, so make sure to book your meal soon to make sure you can snag a spot for Valentine’s Day!
