New Look at The Baby Yoda Plush

We don’t want a lot for Christmas. There is just one thing we need, and it’s The Child. Often called Baby Yoda, The Child is the breakout star of Disney+’s The Mandalorian.

He is literally the cutest thing we have ever seen. In order to keep The Child a surprise, there has been very little merchandise produced for this holiday season. A toy of The Child has been on the top of many children’s  (and adults’) Christmas list this year, but we have to wait until next year to get our first toys. And so far, the Baby Yoda plush we’ve seen has been… not as cuddly as we might have hoped.

Yikes. But now, finally, on ShopDisney, you can see what this plush will really look like. Previous renderings of the plush didn’t quite catch his cheek-pinching cuteness, but now we finally have a real image of the forthcoming plush.

He’s much softer and sweeter without the terrible graphics. You can pre-order the little womp rat here for $24.99.

If your little Padawans are sad they won’t get their The Child goodies until 2020, tell them that not having Star Wars toys in time for Christmas is a tradition. The very first Star Wars action figures weren’t produced in time for Christmas in 1977, and you could only get an empty box with a voucher for when the figures were available in the spring. Action figures of the Child are also coming next year. We will all be Baby Yoda crazy in 2020!

We can’t wait for this cuddly little fella to come out in February. He will definitely be joining us on some adventures to Batuu.
