Tables in Wonderland members — we’ve just learned of two events planned for 2019. One is a very popular returning favorite and the other a new event. Both are planned at the Contemporary Resort.

If you ever watch cooking shows on television, wonder how chefs prepare the creations they do, or attempt to do what they are doing these events might be for you!

Culinary Adventures with the Chefs of Disney:
An Interactive Cooking Experience

You’ll learn tips and tricks from the pros that will up your cooking game! After you’ve learned how to dice, saute, chop and flambe, you will enjoy a five-course gourmet meal!

In a professional working kitchen, “students” will spend 60 minutes at select stations preparing different dishes under the direction of Disney chefs—there’s no better way to master the tricks of the trade!

After this interactive session, dine on a delicious five-course gourmet meal at the Chef’s Table, each dish perfectly paired with prestigious wines selected by the chefs themselves. This mouthwatering course is a three-hour epicurean experience not to be missed!

Dates:

• Saturday, January 19, 2019 – 6 p.m.
• Saturday, March 2, 2019 – 6 p.m.
• Saturday, March 30, 2019 – 6 p.m.

Price:

$259 per Guest, plus tax, gratuity included

Know Before You Go:

• Mention any food allergies when making your dining reservation through (407) WDW-7762.
• Check-in will take place in the East Rotunda on the first floor of Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center beginning at 5:30 p.m.
• For safety reasons, you must wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes (such as sneakers) for this experience. No sandals, open-toe or open-heel shoes are permitted.
• This event is designed for those 12 years of age and older.
• The chefs will assign you to a Sushi, Pasta, Butchery, Gardemanger, Patisserie or Sommelier station.
• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. A valid form of government identification will be required to verify your age.

• A Tables in Wonderland Guest may make a reservation for a party of up to 10, including themselves.  A valid Tables in Wonderland Member Card must be presented upon arrival.

Contemporary Resort Chef’s Table Experience

It’s back! Join the Contemporary Catering Chefs and Service Staff at the Exclusive Chef’s Table located backstage at Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center.

Your  evening begins with a reception and champagne toast in the Catering Kitchen and then progresses through a secret entrance to the Chef’s Table.

Enjoy six courses, all presented and finished on-stage and accompanied by an outstanding wine selection.  Be prepared for an interactive evening with a Disney sommelier and chefs.

• Thursday, January 10, 2019 – 7 p.m.
• Thursday, February 14, 2019 – 7 p.m.
• Thursday, March 7, 2019 – 7 p.m.

Price:

• Guests are asked to adhere to the minimum dress code requirements at this Signature Dining experience. Dressier attire is also welcome. The minimum dress code requirements:
  • Men must wear khakis, slacks or dress shorts and collared shirts. Jeans may be worn if in good condition. Sport coats are optional.
  • Women must wear Capri pants, skirts, dresses or dress shorts. Jeans may be worn if in good condition.
  • Not permitted are tank tops, flip-flops, swimsuits, swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, torn clothing and t-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics.
